Swissline products are available at select department stores, perfumeries, mono-brand stores and spas around the world. Please visit Where to buy to check if our products are available in your country. You can also place an order on our website - we deliver orders internationally, with few country exceptions.

Can you deliver orders placed on your website to any country around the world?

Unfortunately, there are several countries where we currently do not deliver online orders: Canada, China, Italy, Iran, Kazakhstan, Spain, Russian Federation. This is due to local distribution agreements and sometimes restrictions with import regulations.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

All online orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. International orders are delivered using FedEx International Priority services. Can I return a product, purchased online, to a department store?

Unfortunately, Swissline products must be returned or exchanged only at the place where they were purchased.

How does Swissline conduct product safety testing?

Swissline follows all REACH and EU regulations. Our products undergo all the clinical / safety tests required by law. The raw materials are proven for their efficacy.

What is Swissline doing about reach, the new EU chemicals regulation?

How to use

After washing hands thoroughly, wet the entire face with lukewarm water. Deliver a small amount of the cleanser into a palm. Rub hands together gently to spread the cleanser over both hands, try not to build the foam at this point.

Apply the cleanser by rubbing hands along entire face. The cleanser will transform into a silky foam as you spread it onto your forehead, along cheekbones and nose, and chin. Avoid the immediate eye contour.

Rinse off the by splashing water onto your face or use a very soft, damp facial sponge.

Dab your face dry with a clean towel and follow with the usual routine of serum, moisturizer and high UV protection during the day.

Feels very luxurious

This cleanser has a unique, beautiful, luxurious texture, it's a pure pleasure to use it. The skin feels really clean and pure after this cleanser. I was worried about quartz silica being too harsh on the skin, but you can't feel it at all. Swissline says it does microexfoliation and indeed, you don't feel it at all. I love that it's a cleanser and exfoliator in one. Simplifies my routine. Oh, and the silver cap feels very luxurious, I love having it in my cabinet.

This is a super cleanser, soft and silky. Use it day and night and always gentle to my sensitive skin. Better than SK-II and cheaper actually.

Just tried to order and is out of stock, not nice Swiss line! I was told in shop that they had no stock so came here, same thing. A brand that sells at this price and has such good stuff should know better and not let down people. Suggest you create a service to fill-in email and get informed once back in stock!
